When connecting my galaxy buds+ and turning on the ambient sound, all i hear is what i can only describe as..... rain. Why is this and can it at all be resolved? I enjoy the sound of rain however, when wearing my galaxy buds+... background noises of my surroundings is much prefered.
I know nothing about buds and ambient sound but as there is volume control could it turned up too high? Google "Experiemce noise controls mode on your Galaxy Buds Pro" I had difficulty cppying the url but googling that phrase should get it.
Was it ok before (ie no 'rain' sound?) I had the original buds and the transparency/ambient mode has some white noise. I wouldn't say it is as loud as the sound of rain though.
Have you looked at the buds2 pro, or even the buds fe? I personally feel they're better than the buds+ (apart from battery life maybe)
