Samsung customer service by call. What are you doing to me. You say service centre can't walk in to collect. You cut my call and I ring the service centre. They are so helpful SMS me the address and finally I get back my device without warranty claim. Samsung Australia your service totally bad. I use all Samsung device Inc tablet phone watch and buds and what service you give to me. Very disappointed.

I've had similar issues with service centre in Melbourne. Certainly won't be buying another Samsung. Worst service by far.

So sorry your on the same path as me. I bought a Samsung phone to match my Watch 4 Classic LTE & tablet. Agree won't be re buying Samsung products. I had to send my dads Oppo back there service is impeccable. They dont even get back to you via email. So disappointed in Samsung Service centres

Same to me the samsung Australia done this to me twice. Once is samsung watch 4 classic and second time is buds 2 pro. Very disappointed to Samsung service. Won't buy samsung again.
