I have problem with bixby in GW4Classic (BT), when i try to lunch bixby i get this notification "Couldnt get Samsung account information" (attached screen shot from my watch)
I already checked and both phone and watch connect to the same samsung account and the connection is work fine.
Hi Erez, I suggest you to reset your watch and try to connect to again, on the Apps screen, tap (Settings) → General → Reset → Reset.
Alternatively, launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone and tap Watch settings → General → Reset → Reset.
Just got my GW4 and I have the exact same problem. Did you manage to fix it yet? Could it have something to do with the regional bixby availability?
