Blood oxygen for watch 3 in canada

I just saw an update detailing improved blood oxygen reading on my watch 3 but i cannot see the option. Is it available in canada now. Or still waiting on an update.

The Blood oxygen for watch3 is currently not approved/supported in Canada for Samsung devices.
