I heard that they started shipping the buds 3 pro again. Is there a way to get new eartips from Samsung? I really don't want to have to ship my product back to them and wait.

I think they will just send you new tips if you have the shedding tips. I saw in a post they just chatted with support and they are aware of the issue and will send out replacement tips

I bet you they won't if you bought them online, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Also if you have the old model you may want to exchange them as there were issues regarding crackling and noise during calls.
