Going back to your concern, have you tried to reset your settings? If not, you may try it first. Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset settings

I think this can be the issue, i bought this buds maybe last november 2021 but did not use it by that time, ive just recently opened this buds this july 2022. I know its still in a good condition because i just leave it sealed inside my drawer
