WearablesHi, we would like to tell you that have you try open the Wearable app, click 3 dots ( right hand top corner), click Connect New Gear.
Add your Galaxy Buds from there.
You need to pair the Galaxy Buds with your phone using wearable app.

WearablesHi, we request you to please try the following:
Settings→ Apps→ Galaxy Wearable→ Storage -> click clear data and clear cache.
Also, please reset your ear buds and check for any update for the Galaxy wearable app.
If that doesn't work try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Then reboot your phone and try pair the buds again through Wearable app.
Kindly get back to us if the issue still persists.
