Hey guys, just got myself a pair of buds2 pro and tho I can connect them to the phone via Bluetooth, the wearable app doesn't seem to connect with them. The app sees them but can't connect with them. So no ANC, not special features. Any suggestions Samsung fam?

Hi, we would like to tell you that have you try open the Wearable app, click 3 dots ( right hand top corner), click Connect New Gear.

Add your Galaxy Buds from there.

You need to pair the Galaxy Buds with your phone using wearable app.

Hi, thanks for the tips, but I tried that and nothing. I even tried pressing on the buds while still in the case and it doesn't flash to pair, it triggers bixby 😂

Hi, we request you to please try the following:

Settings→ Apps→ Galaxy Wearable→ Storage -> click clear data and clear cache.

Also, please reset your ear buds and check for any update for the Galaxy wearable app.

If that doesn't work try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Then reboot your phone and try pair the buds again through Wearable app.

Kindly get back to us if the issue still persists.

I tried that, tried on a galaxy s10+ and still nothing, I'm starting to feel disappointed 😥
