Buds2 unstable

My buds2 are randomly disconnecting and then reconnecting to my S23 Ultra. When I send and error report within 3 minutes of this happening via the Galaxy Wearable App, I get a response stating the error report was not sent. I have reset the Buds2. I have reset my S23 Ultra network settings. I have unistalled and reinstalled both the Galaxy Wearable App and the Members App (a few times). My headphones are still randomly disconnecting and reconnecting to my S23 Ultra. Also, I connect my headphones via Bluetooth to my Samsung S95B Ultra 4k tv, however this connection is completely unstable and is unusable. I have Bose headphones and they work seamlessly on all these devices. Is this happening to anyone else and if so can yiu offer some advice? Thank you in advance.

Is it happening when you are using (in your ear) the earbuds? Or also happening even if the buds are just out of the case?

 

Any pattern you noticed that triggers the disconnection? like when listening to music or after you sent a message etc.

Great questions 👍. It is happening while in my ear. When the buds are out of the case and not in my ear they disconnect. I assume that is a feature. No there is no pattern to this issue. I have looked for a pattern. I've jumped from different media platforms and the same. I've just dropped them off to samsung to investigate the issue for me.
