Buds3pro, fast low battery

Good day, I just want to ask if it is normal for the buds3pro from 100% battery to 25%, it has only been used for 2hrs. I just bought it yesterday, I went to the Samsung shop where I bought it, they said I should observe it first.

Samsung shop is right, your buds is still learning your usage pattern just like in phone. Give it a week or two observation.

thank you for the answer sir. but maybe only 6 days because the new replacement is only 1 week. but when it's more than 1 week, I need to take it to the service center. right now my buds are still the same, still fast to low batt

2 hours straight? Wow. I can probably do 30mins. So not enough to compare. Mine barely hits 70% power on the buds.

Ah so do you mean 30mins use of your earbuds the battery hits to 70%?

From 100% to 86% started 123am to 0209am. The case was already at 62% when I pulled out the buds from last nights use. Listening to YouTube content.

Ah it means it is normal? My buds doesn't have a problem?
But the reviews and flagship it said 6hrs Anc on and 7/half hrs Anc off.. full music and usage
