Burns from watch 4

I have always had an issue with my watch 4 causing burns but this is the worst yet. The watch moved to the side when I was asleep and caused this really painful burn. I would love to know what is causing this, maybe some kind of light they're not disclosing publicly?

Well Audrey thanks for your wonderful insight. Since you are apparently rolling in money you may not understand that I'm not able to go buy another watch that actually does what it is supposed to. Shame on me for thinking that I should be able to buy a product and for it to work as promised and not get burns from it
