Did someone know how this happen? 

My watch 4 classic white color is turn to green. Now the display is burly.

Probably a faulty display, better take it to an authorised Samsung service centre.

I had trouble with my watch 4 only showing a white screen. Sent in for evaluation & they said it had water damage. When this occurred, I'd charged that evening after wearing in water during the day with the water lock set on. I don't think these watches are truly water proof even for the briefest time.

Water damage? Watch is water proof. If water damage is their manufacturer has problems. I use for swim and surf never have water damage.
