Different Display of Wearable App

Hi there, I wanted to ask if anyone knows why does my Galaxy Wearable App look like this when connected to the Galaxy Buds Live? 

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21, and I watched a lot of reviews about the earbuds by Samsung. The reviews with the Wearable Apps usually have an Equaliser Knob below the ANC button where you can spin the knob from Normal sound to Treble Bass sound on the knob.

The layout has been updated. Go to earbuds settings -> equalizer.

Oh is it? Meaning this is the updated layout then? Not the old one with the Equalizer knob?
