Like quite a number of you have already mentioned, whit trying to track my galaxy watch ultra, I got the same BS story of high volumes, oout of stock, etc.

My order shows ready to ship and has for 2 days now. When I challenged the BS, she finally said she was pleased to inform me it was ready for shipping. Ummm, didnt we cover that part at the beginning?!?

They won't t make the 22nd delivery date as mentioned on my order confirmation. Get your poop in a group Samsung Canada - the BS responses are causing your customer support team to have to put up with a lot of unhappy customers.

It's not just Samsung.. I ordered a "one day" delivery from Amazon during their Prime Days, item still hasn't been shipped, and it's now saying "guaranteed" delivery date is Sunday, July 21st. 

I ordered the item on July 17th.. ONE day shipping! lol 😂

But yeah, Samsung's reputation for shipping is....

Note, it's now 1340 MST, it still shows ready to ship. This is beyond pathetic. The phone case is ordered same day was here 2 days later. Unless they actually are out of stock, there's no excuse for this. This may be the last time samsung - this isn't the first time this has happened.

I'd never go back to apple, however there's a few others breathing down your neck these days. Customer loyalty isn't something to be taken for granted.

Update, 15:58 MST, still shows ready to ship. I would imagine it won't move now until Monday at the earliest?

Update: Sunday July 21 @11:37 MST. Still showing ready to ship?!? I'm hopeful the status changes to shipped tomorrow.
