Does anyone know how to get my Buds to show up in Samsung Members? The left ones sound is suddenly quiet and slightly distorted, with weird background noise that's almost like static. But I can't diagnose it because it isn't showing up in the app. Any workarounds?

OK! Found a way to register it (thank you Wearable app for giving me the serials), still doesn't show up on the diagnostic list
