Hi Mocha_Frankie,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Galaxy Buds2 Pro especially after investing in them for over a year. A constant high-pitched sound in one ear and no audio from the left earpiece can point to a potential hardware issue, but let’s go through a few final steps before considering service. Please try the below troubleshooting steps if not already tried:

Reset the Buds Completely. Galaxy Wearable app > Earbuds Settings > Reset earbuds
(This clears paired data and refreshes the buds at the firmware level.)

Test on Another Device or in Safe Mode. Try pairing with a different device or boot your current phone in Safe Mode to check for any app conflicts.

Clean the Left Earbud Carefully. Use a soft, dry brush or cotton swab to clean the speaker mesh. Even minor debris or wax buildup can cause distortion or no sound.

If none of the above steps help and the issue persists, we recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center for a proper diagnostic.

You can find the nearest one using the link below.

Thank you for reaching out we hope this gets resolved for you quickly!

Use peroxide. It will melt the wax. Only drop peroxide on the speaker. Don't drop the whole unit in the peroxide. Afterward, dry with a tissue and use this tool to brush the grill. https://a.co/d/75Ad4Vm .
This work on my earbuds Pro 2.
