Can someone from Samsung provide feedback in regards to the Galaxy Bud Pro causing alergic reactions? There are plenty of complaints online in different forums, including this one. There is also a class action lawsuit against Samsung in regards to ghe same issue in the US.

I would not like to hear that i should not use the Buds for a long period, as i do not. I have two Jabra in ear earphones that do not cause any issues.

I would like to have a refund.

I have been using Samsung products for or a while now, however, this issue has made me think if i should go back to Apple products.

I am on my 3rd infection, this is not an allergy but a clear lack of knowledge about the toxic material some were made from

They knew about this problem before the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 version, as consumers have been complaining about earlier versions since at least 2021. Despite this, they continue to direct their customers through an arduous process that ultimately doesn't offer a resolution.

This is not an isolated problem, as evidenced by an ongoing class action suit.

In my case, I noticed itchy ears and a watery discharge after the first day of using the Samsung Buds Pro 2. I switched to my old Beats and Sony buds, and the problem disappeared after a few days. I treated the buds under UV light and changed the tips to ones I've used before that didn't cause ear itching, and the problem immediately came back after only a few hours. The issue appears to be something about the earbud housing itself, causing an allergic reaction for a subset of their users across the entire Buds series.

Instead of offering BS answers, Samsung should fess up, change its manufacturing process, and offer relief to maintain customer loyalty. Unless I hear otherwise, I will not buy another Buds product from Samsung.
