I got the earbuds 3 but noticed the noise cancelation is not working properly now i want to go for the earbuds 3 pro. I want to know if the noise cancelation works fine before getting it. Or better still if i can go back to galaxy buds 2 pro

If you don't wear the earbuds properly, they may not work. Try to wear the earbuds properly again so they fit tightly without space between your ear hole and the ear tip.

It is hard to say how good is the ANC. Maybe I can try describe below. The ANC of Bud3 Pro, works fine in most situations. However, some extreme situations are not working at all.

If you are using your Buds in:
- construction area
- while mowing your lawn
- using blower
- sitting beside an AC (Outdoor)
...etc.

But works for me while I am at shopping mall, coffee shop, friends chatting each others, I have no issue with ANC.

I have the Buds 3 Pro, but I have also started noticing that the ANC doesn't work too well by itself unless you have something playing on your phone. I could literally hear my own finger snaps from arms length even and songs played on my laptop while my buds were connected to my phone. I could hear pretty much all of it.

Tried resetting and new update plus pair/unpair and restart as well. No change
