Hi. I have a Galaxy 5 Pro that I bought this past May and I have mt Samsung phone which I've had for the past 2 years.

I live in Trinidad and Tobago and I brought both the phone and my watch here. 

I do not have the ECG and Blood Pressure on my phone. I also cannot download the Health Monitor App. 

When would it be available?
