ECG and BP in Samsung Watch 4

Dear Samsung,

Why Samsung watch 4 does not include ECG and BP functionality for the Malaysian market? I bought this watch because of its features. Disappointed, huge!

Yea. It does not pre-install on the watch. But you can search it on YouTube or Google. I did it couple days ago. Work as charm
