it's not available yet in Canada I just updated my active 2 from the U.S and its not letting my download the monitor app

my watch is from U.S.A that's how I got the update

I'm using the note 20 ultra and every thing is up to date there is no ecg available in Canada yet

this is with the latest update plus fall detection was added as well no ecg
