I am thinking of changing over from Samsung over the ECG issue? I have a number of Samsung products and I've stayed a loyal customer. I feel ripped off.
You are not the only one. I'm fed up with Samsung and the lies and excuses of their employees. We also pay the USA equivalent prices for our phones and watches but the US and other countries get the benefits of the equipment. Huawei is cheaper and has ECG etc. Since the Note 8 features have been eliminated e.g. SpO2 without notice. We buy our phones because of these features. I asked the salesman at the Samsung Experience Store , he said yes, all the features are working. So like a loyal lemming, I made purchases in good faith. Samsung su.cks for Canadian consumers.
