I reinstalled iHeart Radio on my G5 watch and it doesn't play from the watch. When I open.the app and try to play a radio station, bluetooth comes up and the circle spins and doesn't do anything. Has anyone gone through this? It used to play from my watch, but not now. Thank you!

Update: now the iHeart radio app (that I deleted from my watch!!) is playing on my watch and it won't close at all. How is it in operation when the app isn't on my watch??? It's sucking up my power every day now.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the iHeartRadio application. That's strange to see that it is playing even after uninstalling from the watch.

Please try to disconnect and reconnect the watch and also reboot the watch and check if it is still playing.

I did all of that. Apparently, this is a known issue with Samsung watches. Who would I speak to regarding when an update will fix this? Thank you for replying!
