Hello, I'm having issues with my active2 not tracking my sleep. I had been updated recently adding the blood pressure/ECG functions. I can't seem to be able to get a ECG reading as well, doesn't seem to register my readings. Any help or insight would be muchly appreciated

I've already done a full reset and the issue persists
