Galaxy Bud not working

Hi guys,

Need your help. 

One of my Galaxy Bud not working, the right one. The left one still good. 

The problem is after use it for 10 minutes suddently turn off. The battery still almost 100percent. 

Can anyone help me

i already reset it, but still the same problem exist
