Juat had this galaxy bud live for few days already have problem with left bud not charging and battery drained from case. Send to service center and is told no issue.  Totally disappointed with such poor quality for pricey bud yet couldn't compare with cheap xiaomi bud

The Xiaomi buds look cheapskate when placed together with the high quality premium Buds Live

ya it looks cheap skate but unfortunately its battery last longer than the premium look bud lo and i have it for 1 year now with no issue with charging. productivity matters not just looks

Maybe u should ask them for full refund or replacement

ill ask if happens again but ill monitor a bit for now. just convey my disappointment as nvr thought this could happen to me. anyway thanks for the advice
