WearablesYou can try:
Unpairing & Pairing again.
Resetting the Network Settings.
Factory Reset the Earbuds & Pair again.
One of these should correct the issue, as long as it's not a hardware problem with the Buds.

WearablesHi Bekkah,
We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
Re-pair Your Buds:
- Delete the Galaxy Buds 3 from your Bluetooth device list.
- Reset the buds: Place them in the case, wait 10 seconds, and hold the case's touchpad/button for a full reset.
- Reconnect to your phone via Bluetooth.
Avoid Interference: Move away from crowded wireless environments (e.g., near Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, or other Bluetooth devices).
- Microphone Blockage: Dust, earwax, or moisture blocking the microphone or speaker vents.
- Audio Codec Mismatch: If the buds use a codec that’s not optimal for your device, it could degrade audio quality.
Steps to Fix:
Clean the Buds: Gently clean the microphone and speaker mesh with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth.
Adjust Bluetooth Audio Codec: Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
-
- Tap the gear icon next to the Galaxy Buds 3.
- Select the best available codec (e.g., AAC or SBC).
Use Ambient Sound Mode: In the Galaxy Wearable app, activate Ambient Sound during calls to enhance voice clarity.
Reset the Buds: Perform a full reset using the Galaxy Wearable app or the physical reset method mentioned above.
Test on Another Device: Connect your Galaxy Buds 3 to another phone or computer to see if the issue persists.
If it works fine on another device, the issue might be with your phone’s Bluetooth stack or compatibility.
Check Fit and Placement: Improper fit can cause muffled audio. Make sure the buds are seated securely and that you’re using the correct-sized ear tips.
Thank you.
