Check Touch Controls: Open the Galaxy Wearable app → Earbuds settings → Touch controls and ensure they are enabled. Try toggling the touch controls off and on to refresh the settings.

Clean the Buds: Gently clean the touch sensor areas and microphone openings with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.

Reset the Buds: In the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Earbuds settings → Reset earbuds → Confirm reset and then reconnect them.

Switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound in the Wearable app to see if it affects the microphone. Connect the Buds to another device to check if the issue persists.

Check for Physical or Water Damage: If the Buds have been exposed to moisture or physical impact, they may require inspection at a Samsung Authorized Service Center for further assistance.
