Galaxy Buds+ Battery Drain Issue

Hello there,

Anyone experiencing battery drain issue on one of the earbuds on the buds +?

My right bud drains to 16% while my left remains at 80% for example.... tried resetting but the issue remains :(

try to change the equalizer to normal

maybe because you put dynamic that why it drain a lot of battery

if one sided only drain i would suggest try to reset and uninstall back.. if still the same go to service centre

yup sadly I tried resetting twice and the issue remains... hv to service center I guess.

no such thing... my battery was fine and I always use dynamic.

this issue only happen last week and I hv these buds for 2 months already

changing mode wont effect anything just on this case better go service centre

ya just go to device centre

Same here but left drained faster than right side.
