yup need to bring service center and get it replaced..

mine is fine now after they replace the bid with new one since it can't be fixed

How long did it tke befofe you got the replacement? Do I have to give them my boxes and everything that came with it?

took 2 days for them to call me up once ready.

no need to bring anything except receipt. they will just replace the defective bud only
