i just have the same issue. left buds drained 2x faster than thr right buds.

yeah i just went to samsung sevice center. they replaced the buds, not the case. they are working fine now.. so far.. and i decided not to install the software update as it may be the culprit.

nope, i bought it online. i talked to an agent from their online support and asked for guidance. after performing some troubleshooting steps, they recommended to visit a service center that's nearest to my place of residence.

they replaced it free of charge. it's still covered by the warranty. yes try that as well, and i strongly advise that u go there early as the line tends to pile up for repairs.
