WearablesHi lolela, I am really sad to hear this issue on the new Galaxy buds pro.
Please reset your ear buds and verify if both are charging.
Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app on your Galaxy phone >> tap General. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset to confirm.
Also, when charging, be sure to use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). Alternatively, the earbuds are compatible with select Samsung QI-compatible wireless charging pads or phones using PowerShare.
The earbuds may not charge or properly charge if the earbud tips or wingtips are not attached correctly.
