Galaxy Buds Pro issue

Find out the left bud is not working this afternoon. Open the smartthing find showed last sync few hours ago. Check on wearable showed nothing for left bud. When open the case, it's blinking like this. Checked with customer service, no info. Checked Samsung Support website, no info. Decided to go to service centre but disappointed with this. Just complain.

Bring it to service centre, they just ask to change a new one. What a shame, samsung.
