Hi, first of all galaxy buds pro are awesome feature wise but they dont fit, it kewps falling and i k ow its not me even reviews on bestbuy,samsung own site and their fb pages here n there etc people complaing about their fits
Bad design, anyway i thought it is 30days refund policy but its over 15days now and when got to know it is 15days full refund policy.
Anyway the real question is:
Voice Detect, this feature is good but this stays on even when you play games like pubg etc which has voice input for online gameplay it lowers the game sound.
So what i am suggesting to samsung software development team to add profile feature to galaxy buds pro plugin which is installed so we can assign profile based on app usage and disable voice detect for games and enable else
Thats it , hope team will fix it and samsung will being good fittable design later and allow exchange offer
I don't have these earbuds but I'm sure there must be a setting to toggle on/off voice detect or try bixby if you use it to set up a routine 🤷 What device are you using these with?
Hi Ja55ie, Galaxy Buds Pro automatically detects your voice and reduces the sound from Buds Pro by activating ambient sound mode so that you can clearly hear the other people or outside sounds when earbuds detect you are talking to other people although you’re using ANC features. If voice detection sensors detect vibrations caused by actions like cough, humming, etc., voice detect feature may work unintentionally. If you feel this feature is uncomfortable, please disable voice detect. To disable this, please open the "Galaxy Wearable" app, and then tap "Voice detect" and tap the switch to activate it.
I'm looking to buying a pair of buds pro but keep hearing about fit issues, and if one of the rubber ear fittings does do the job, how does one replace them? Are they sold as a separate entity?
