If you’re facing any such issues with your Galaxy Buds Pro or Galaxy Buds 2, you can head over to the Samsung Community and contact a moderator to get a refund...

Heads up...Dun think Avinash and Faiz will offer u this option...

Thanks for the shout out, maybe thats the reason why I can seems send a DM to Avinash on this issue, tried many times it help saying error unable to send

U are more likely going to get a standard reply from either of them. Refund is never an option in SG.
