try reset your Galaxy Buds Pro by putting it on your ears and touch+hold the buds for 3-5 seconds

is the your Galaxy Buds Pro still in warranty?

you may try to visit the nearest samsung centre for them to further check it.

because i'm also using the same Galaxy Buds Pro as yours and it's working just fine since I bought it last year.
