i have a problem with the left ear piece, some times it would turn off while im using it, i need to remove it wait for a few sec then it would turn on again. i already updated to the new firmware and i already reset it. does any body have the same issue?

i also notice that too. However, mine was due to the audio 360 feature.
but it should consistently turn on or off momentarily the left or right ear pieace depending on where im looking at away from my original head position (usually the phone).
have it checked at samsung. 🙂
your buds may have hardware issues

so far so good for my buds. i suggest going to the service center. agree with @polpogs that it might be a hardware issue.

but have you tried connecting it to other phones or devices? see if it also happens when connected to other devices.
