Galaxy Buds problem..anybody can help?

I try many ways but still not working. Juz bought it today.
Cannot reset..or update buds software becuz only one is connecting.
Make full charge..only left buds showing green lite. Right one showing red..if place it only.

Are you using the original charger that came with the Galaxy buds?
