I try many ways but still not working. Juz bought it today.
Cannot reset..or update buds software becuz only one is connecting.
Make full charge..only left buds showing green lite. Right one showing red..if place it only.

Are you using the original charger that came with the Galaxy buds?

Have you tried resetting the Galaxy buds and clearing the cache and data for the Galaxy wearables app? Check here for more troubleshooting guide. (https://www.samsung.com/my/support/mobile-devices/troubleshooting-guide-for-samsung-galaxy-buds/)
