WearablesI've been using this galaxy buds for 5 days now and I noticed serious charging problem on my right earbud. (left one is fine.)
I used both of them out of the box for the first time last Monday. Then I put them in the cradle, charged it whole night.
When I took them out in the morning, the battery for right earbud was only at 15%. (left one was 100%)
I thought that I might have put it wrong so I cleaned the things that connects buds and the cradle and tried to charge it again.
While it was charging, I check the battery status of the right earbuds through the 'Galaxy Wearable' on my phone.
I checked it goes to 100%, disconneced the charing cable and let it stay there overnight.
The next morning I took the right earbud out from the cradle and it says it only has 5% battery.
So, something's not right. 'Galaxy Wearable' App on my phone is up to date. I tried delete and re-install this app but nothing.
I've looked other posts in us community and found there are so many others who have similar issues.
Could this be fixed?
