Galaxy buds

Hi 

I got these galaxy buds in December 

But i just realized the sound in left earbud got really low idk what happened

Is there anything i can do?

May just need a cleaning with a wet cloth. Ear wax sometimes block the small holes on the net

Enable the touch controls on wearable app and then increase the volume by touching the buds and at end disable it.

What about warranty? Can i get repaired in warranty?

I have the same problem. Touching left bud will turn volume down on the right bud. Touching right bud turns volum up on right bud. BUT even when right bud is at max volume not even a whisper out of the left.
