I'm wondering if there is a way to get replacement silicone ear bud pieces with the mesh inside. My mesh has torn and all of the replacements don't seem to have the mesh.

Check on Amazon Canada, Samsung's Canadian Parts has nothing.. it's actually pretty sad.

Samsung Canada Parts doesn't even have any parts for Buds.

I agree. I've looked. You can get generic ones without the mesh which I'm not interested in. I find the mesh makes it easier to clean and you don't end up with stuff in the speaker part itself.

Yeah I know, unfortunately Samsung's Canadian Parts is laughable.

According to their website, you can't even find a Type C USB Charging Block.. Something that Samsung in all it's "wisdom", decided not to include in the box anymore... 🙄

Wow... just wow. I love Samsung products but this is showing a downturn in customer service not to mention a blunder in critical thinking on their part for customer retention.

Thanks for the info tho. Maybe I'll elevate this via a customer complaint so at least it's in the system, as bad as that system might be.
