Hi. Don't know if this problem has been adressed yet or if I am the only one with this problem.

While using the galaxy buds for any media (video player/spotify) if I receive a call while something is playing then end the call two things happen.

1. The video player will say cannot play media during call. Even 5 minutes after the call

2. No sound will come out of the buds (notifications or music)

The only way to fix this problem is to disconnect the bluetooth and then connect again. It has been this way since day one of the buds. I thought it would be adressed with one of the updates since getting them last year but nothing has fixed the problem. Re downloading galaxy wearable or clearing the cache un pairing and repairng forgetting device all of that has been troubleshooted. 


Any advice would be great

you clear cache , did you also clear data ?

Please try to Clear Cache and Data of Galaxy Wearable app and check if your issue is resolved.
Follow the below steps:
Open Settings>> Apps >> 3 dots on right-hand top >> Search Galaxy Wearable app >> Storage >> Clear data and clear cache.

Hi @Drezden,

Please reset galaxy buds from Galaxy wearable app and then check if it works.

Hello,

I have done that as well and it still does the same thing. cannot play media during a call after the call is complete and no music will play and no notifications come through the buds

As you have performed a factory reset and it didn't fix the issue.
Your Buds needs to be examined by an authorized technician.
