I'm looking for replacement tips that won't hurt my ears, I can't wear these for long without my ears getting irritated and feeling like I'm going to get an ear infection. I've read reviews on Amazon from other people saying it hurt their ears as well. I've seen the Comply ones online but it looks like the foam degrades and collects ear wax. Also having a problem when I do wear them of them slipping out of my ears. The test fit passes but if I yawn or talk too much with them on they slip out.
Samsung - please pay attention to this, whatever the material is that you're using on these tips is horrible. My husband tried out my earbuds and his ears were irritated for a week. That along with countless reviews on Amazon from people looking for replacement tips because of the same issue. I shouldn't have to replace the tips on expensive earbuds because the material is so bad that my ears are literally rejecting it...
