WearablesI use Google Assistant, but you might be able to Bixby as well.
While listening to music, or not, I touch the right multi function button on my right Earbud (Jabra Elite Active 75t), and Google Assistant wakes up and I just say "Call & the Contact's name" and the Call is initiated.

WearablesI'm also looking to mute the call I'm ok using the buds.
Before on my buds+ I'd tap and hold and it would mute the call... and I'd do the same to unmute.
For some reason you can't do that on here. I'm wondering if they took it away?

WearablesOn my Jabra Elite Active 75t, I just tap the left Earbud's multi function button.
I think that on your Buds 2 you have to tap & HOLD to mute the mic on your Buds.
Not sure if it's left or right?
Guess make a test call to a friend.

WearablesHi , we request you to please follow the below steps once and check.
To decline a call, touch and hold the touchpad for more than two seconds.
To end a call, double tap the touchpad.
To turn off the microphone, tap and hold the touchpad during a call so the other party cannot hear you.
This will mute the call, and nothing will be displayed on the phone.

WearablesThank you for your response. I've tried all of suggestions above. When I press and hold the TouchPad during a call... I hear 2 beeps. It sounds like a beep that says it's not available.
Am I doing something wrong?

WearablesI don't know if you're doing anything wrong, but at this point, I'd suggest that you Factory Reset your Buds.
See if that resolves the issue for you.
Instructions on how to Factory Reset your Buds:
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your device.
- Tap on Earbud settings.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Reset again to confirm.
