I lost my galaxy bud so I'm trying to get the new galaxy buds2 pro. But i don't know if it's a good match for s23 ultra. One other thing is there like a promo code for it ?

Hello Al-001, I don't know if it's normal, but the battery of my earbud 2 pro decreased faster. If it's fully charged and I'm using it for music before a tra k of 3min and 30 seconds will be over, almost 3% of the battery is already gone

@A4109 I had the earbuds pro and am using the pro2, and it seems to me that both battery's life are good. The pro2 has last power. With my experience It can be used for the above 5 hours with the noise cancellation on after being fully charged each earbud when I listen to music from my phone or my watch or watch my TV. Then, place into charge case for another 3 times fully charged without plugs into power outlet. I charge my erabuds pro2 one time in a couple weeks normally since I don't use them every day.
Please run more tests on them. if they last less than 5 hours per fully charged such as only about 2/3 hours, or the charge case does not provide 3 more time charges, then I think you might need to talk to Samsung support guys to rise your concerns and figure out a solution with them.
When I bought my first pair earbuds pro in the US, after about 6/7 months uses, I found the microphone has noise issue. Fortunately, I got a replacement after chatting with Samsung support guys.
