Galaxy Buds3 pro crackling during calls with blade lights on

Hey All,

I got the buds 3 pro silver version, and I noticed lot of interference whenever I am on calls with the blade lights on. 

As soon as I turn off the blade lights the crackling/interference stops and I can hear the other person without any issues.

I called Samsung customer care and they sent me a shipping label to get it repaired.

I love these buds but unfortunately issues like these are such a bummer. 

Is anyone facing similiar issue ?

Unfortunately most members have not received their Buds3 pro. I ordered on unpacked day and my delivery date is August 9th....we will see. Apparently they are already pushing a new update for the watch 7 ultra because battery life is NOT as advertised. It's really hard for me to understand how one of the largest tech companies in the world can have so many rollout issues. It's like Samsung had no inventory and had done limited testing prior to the rollout.

You know I would rather wait for a functioning once with no QC issues than get sooner with issues.

Do you remember any physical damage happened to the Buds? We appreciate your efforts in trying the possible troubleshooting steps.

Unfortunately, the issue is still there please get the buds along with the case to get them repaired.

Hi Helena,

Nope it's never been dropped and if I recall I was having issues from day one .

I just figured out the root cause after doing my own testing . I have reached out to Sammy customer care and did not have a great experience (the guy was asking me why do I need the blade lights on when Iam talking to someone 🙃)but they did send me a return shipping label to send it to service center.

This is a very specific issue , it happens only when I take a call but not when Iam listening to YouTube or Spotify

Wow Helenna....you're the problem when you blame the customer right away. If you had been paying attention this issue along with buzzing while music being muted has been an issue since rollout. Also the buds tips fall out in you're ear. Samsung actually held back the 3 because of these issue and told customers there was a QC issue. So if you're going to be a mod then do your research

I'm having the same issue and it started day one. No drops or damage. Love the headphones though, but the crackly sound during phone calls is not good. Doesn't happen with my Buds 2. 

What should I do? Is there an update that can fix the issue?

Just an update my product has reached Samsung service center.

If they fix and send the device back will see if they got rid of the issue

Hey all,

Service center replaced my buds 3 pro now it's working fine without any issues and the interference doesn't occur when I take the call with blade lights on.

Fantastic service from Samsung I sent the product on Wednesday and got it on Friday.

The even provided a return shipping label so good on you Sammy
