few problems noticed while using the buds 3 pro, one of which is after using especially i oni use the left side and right side inside the buds case, after which i put it back the charging case and next day realised that it never charged at all, and secondly, even if used bith earbuds, oni charges the right side and not the left side. secondly, when calling, partner or anyone else beside will say there is a static noise and they couldn't hear me clearly. tried reconnecting and it's still not clear. is this a defective set or what, pls update
