WearablesRecently found out my Galaxy Earbud+ right piece has very low volume, the left piece works fine.
Not sure if this is product quality problem. Was checking with online chat agent.
I need to drop by to Service Center and to pay $32.40 for evaluation and $21.60 for labour. These exclude fees for spare parts replacements.
My question is, why we are liable to pay for product evaluation if that is product quality issue?
Can Samsung response?
