When on calls using headphones the caller can hear everything like background noises etc is there a way to focus the sound to just pick up the talking and not the background noise?
I know i can cut that off so i cant hear it but the microphone picks up everything and the caller has trouble hearing

You need to send an error report in the Galaxy Wearable App.
To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

- Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
- In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
- Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
- Click send.

Im unsure if it is an error...i just want to know if the microphone has its own settings i guess so the caller doesnt hear all the background noise only what i am saying on the call. They can hear me but can hear like birds, cars etc loudly also

Mmm I have the buds pro and mine seems ok. Hence why your experience is not normal.
