WearablesHi Nabeel000,
They won't interfere. Both devices are designed to sync with Samsung Health and other health apps.
This depends on your needs. If you’re focused on detailed sleep tracking, recovery metrics, or athletic performance and want complementary insights the ring offers.
You like the idea of having a backup device for health tracking during situations where you can’t or don’t want to wear a smartwatch.
Data might differ slightly between devices due to sensor placement (wrist vs. finger).
Samsung Health allows you to choose a primary tracking device, so you can set one (e.g., the Watch6) as your main tracker while using the ring for complementary data.
Thank you.
