Hi, I recently updated the software on Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE 46mm with the version ending EVA8 which was released on Feb 9th. But since then, I'm facing issues with watch faces not working in ambient mode. I heard that Samsung released a new update ending EVB4 which resolves all the issues with the EVA8 update. When can we expect this in Australia?
Hi @Elmn, sorry to hear you've been having watch face issues. I suggest raising this as an error report for our research and development team to look into.
To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:
Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
